I was born and raised on a dairy farm in Northern Ireland, with a large family, close friends and neighbors, and acres of farmland all around.
The people of Ireland are famous for being friendly and caring. Neighbors would just drop by for a visit at almost any time day or night to share what had gone on in their day. The teapot was always warm, biscuits always ready. It seemed like every acquaintance ended up as a friendship and then became a lifelong bond.
This Celtic tradition of warmth and welcome is what I kept with me when I left for America. It is still a part of me, and I experience it's healing nature every time I return home to Ireland.
My goal in every massage session is not only to treat my client's condition, but to give them a little experience of the warmth and spirit of the culture of Ireland.
