A graduate of CT Center For Massage Therapy I am nationally certified and have been practicing Therapeutic Massage on the CT shoreline since 2003.
I am trained in a variety of massage techniques and customize each session so that the individual needs of my clients’ are always met. Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, accupressure and orthopedic techniques are often incorporated into one session. Continuing education courses insure my clients the best possible treatment plan and enable me to work with clients suffering from various medical conditions including fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinson's disease, diabetes and cancer. I am certified in MotherMassage(R) which addresses the specific needs of the pre-natal, laboring and post-partum client.
I work with clients who are suffering from injuries and chronic pain. In conjunction with physical therapists and chiropractors my work helps my clients regain strength, range of motion and pain-free ease of movement. Swedish massage and Reiki are also available as well as having hot stones, or a mini rejuvenating facial added to your session for the ultimate experience in stress relief.
My goal in every massage session is not only to treat my client's condition, but to give them a little experience of the warmth and spirit of the culture of Ireland.
